- **Damaged Items**: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide proof of the damage (e.g., photographs) along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

- **Return Process**: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

- **Exclusions**: Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
